Bhandari Hosiery Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited Financial Results (in place of Unaudited Financial Results) for the Quarter/half year/year ended March 31, 2012 shall be considered and published by the Company within the stipulated time period of 60 days (Sixty days) from the end of the financial year (i.e., on or before May 30, 2012). Hence the Un-Audited Financial Results for the last Quarter ended March 31, 2012 will not be published/furnished.
