Saffron Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year ended on March 31, 2012 with 60 days i.e. on or before May 30, 2012 from the end of the Financial year ended on March 31, 2012. The Company are not going to publish the unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2012 within 45 days from the end of the quarter.
