VBC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will consider and take on record the Audited Accounts of the Company as at March 31, 2012 of the previous Financial Year (2011-12) within 60 days of the closure of the Financial Year, i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. Hence, the Company will not consider and take on record the quarterly results as at March 31, 2012 of the previous Financial Year.
