Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2012, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year 2011-12 and the Board may also consider to recommend dividend on equity shares, if any.
