Orient Abrasives Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company shall not be considering the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 and therefore no Board Meeting for the said purpose is being held. The Board shall consider the Audited Financial Results on or before May 30, 2012.
