Avon Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will declare and publish the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, within 60 days of the end of the quarter i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. Hence, the Company will not declare or publish the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
