Shiva Global Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2012 within the time limit of sixty days from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. In view of this, the Company does not propose to publish the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2012.
