Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to submit the audited financial results for the entire financial year ended March 31, 2012, on or before May 30, 2012 (i.e.) within 60 days from the end of the financial year. In view of the above, the Company would not be submitting un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.
