Basil Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to publish the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 within the period of 60 days from the end of the last quarter i.e., March 31, 2012 of the financial year. Therefore, the Company will not publish unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2012.
