With regard to the earlier quarterly and annual results’ announcement of Suzlon Energy Limited (the “Company”) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012, Suzlon Energy Ltd has now informed BSE that the segmental reporting table as contained in the Results contains certain typographical error. The relevant correct contents as reviewed and taken on record by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at its meetings held on May 25, 2012. In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE the copy of the corrected financial results for the period ended March 31, 2012.
