South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/year ended June 30, 2014 (Q1). Further, Pursuant to Regulation 12 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Para 9 of the Code of Conduct for insider trading approved by the Board, the "Trading Window" of the Bank’s shares has to be closed for a period of 15 days in connection with the Board Meeting to be held on July 16, 2014, to inter-alia consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. Accordingly, the "Trading Window" will be closed from July 03, 2014 to July 17, 2014 (both days inclusive). During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank’s shares by the Directors of the Bank and designated employees as defined in the Code of Conduct.
