Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014. Further, the Company inform that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,1992, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Company’s equity shares shall remain closed for the period from October 14, 2014 to October 22, 2014 (both days inclusive).
