Welspun Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone as well as the consolidated un-audited financial statements of the Company for the quarter and the half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed from October 14, 2014 to October 22, 2014.
