Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2014, for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from October 20, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
