Bharti Infratel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2014, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter (Q2) ended September 30, 2014. For the purpose of the above and as per the Company’s Internal Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from September 27, 2014 to October 28, 2014 (both days inclusive).
