Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2014, inter alia, for following matters: 1. To consider and approve the unaudited financial results (consolidated and standalone) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014. 2. To consider and recommend Interim Dividend, if any. Further, pursuant to Company’s code for prevention of insider trading, the Trading window is closed from October 21, 2014 to November 04, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open after 24 hours from the financial results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
