Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further the Company confirms that as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results, i.e. November 07, 2014.
