KPIT Technologies Ltd has announced the following Standalone results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 627.047 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at net profit of Rs. 273.829 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 3939.047 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 2009.220 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. "During the quarter, the Hon’ble Bombay High Court has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of KPIT Global Solutions Limited with the Company, vide Order dated August 28, 2014. Accordingly, the figures for the quarter include the half year figures of KPIT Global Solutions Limited and as such are not comparable with the previous period/quarter figures."
