Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). Further, as per the provisions of the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window for Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from October 27, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
