Indraprastha Gas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. November 02, 2014 till the expiry of 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are made public on November 12, 2014.
