Corporation Bank has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results (subject to "Limited Review") of the Bank for the second quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2). In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Banks shares shall remain closed from November 01, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, Directors and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank.
