Union Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 27, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3). Further, as per Clause 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from January 14, 2015 to January 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).
