With reference to the earlier letter dated January 29, 2015 regarding Q3 results on Feb 12, 2015, GMR Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on February 12, 2015 has been postponed and the same will be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed up to February 16, 2015. The Communication has been sent to the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company.
