Gruh Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Annual Accounts for the financial year 2014-2015, and recommendation of dividend, if any. Further the Company has informed that, the above Board Meeting will also consider and take on record the audited financial results in respect of Companys financial year ended on March 31, 2015. In this connection, the restricted trading period in terms of the Share Dealing Code formulated by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, as amended will commence on April 01, 2015 and end on April 17, 2015 (both days inclusive).
