Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2015 for consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company and recommendation of dividend if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to Regulation 6.2 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members from April 01, 2015 to April 24, 2015 for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Companys shares.
