With reference to the earlier Announcement dated February 13, 2015, regarding Financial Results for the period ended December 31, 2014, CES Ltd has informed BSE that while presenting consolidated result, Minority interest (profit/loss) in point no. 15 to be deducted/added from point not 13 (Net profit/loss for the period). Due to clerical mistake Minority Interest profit/loss was not adjusted in point no. 16 (Net profit/loss after taxes, Minority interest and share of profit/loss of associates). Now the Company has submitted Revised Financial Results for the period ended December 31, 2014.
