Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, for the following items: 1. To take on record the Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015; 2. To consider declaration of fourth interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15; 3. To consider the recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2014-15; Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated employees from April 01, 2015 till April 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).
