DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015. In view of the aforesaid Board Meeting, the Bank has closed its Trading Window from April 04, 2015, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and as required under ‘DCB Share Dealing Code’. The Trading Window’ would be re-opened, 24 hours after the release of the results to the Stock Exchanges.
