ACC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Statements (Provisional) for the quarter March 31, 2015 (Q1). The trading window under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading was closed from April 01, 2015 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly the Trading window will open on April 16, 2015.
