Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider declaration of fourth interim dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2014-15. Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, has been closed and shall remain closed till April 25, 2015, in view of board meeting for the aforesaid purposes.
