Shriram City Union Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015 for approval of audited accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015. Further, the board at the said meeting will consider recommendation of final dividend to the shareholders for the year 2014-2015.
