Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters: 1. to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015. 2. to consider and recommend the payment of dividend, if any. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Directors / Officer / Designated Employees of the Company.
