Manappuram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of Final Dividend if any for the Financial Year 2014-15. Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of business in Stock Exchanges on May 06, 2015 to closing of business in Stock Exchanges on May 15, 2015.
