With reference to the earlier letter dated April 22, 2015 regarding intimation of Board Meeting for Approval ot Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any for the FY 2014-15 on May 01, 2015, IDBI Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Annual Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend for the FY 2014-15, if any, earlier scheduled to be submitted to the Board Meeting on May 01, 2015 will now be submitted to the Board Meeting to be convened at a later date. The revised date of Board Meeting will be intimated to the Stock Exchange separately.
