Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any, on the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company. Further for the purpose of above, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Company shall remain closed from May 07, 2015 till May 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
