SRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2015, inter alia, for: 1. considering and approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. 2. recommendation of final dividend on equity shares, if any. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the window for trading in the shares of the Company by the Employees & Directors is closed between April 01, 2015 to May 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
