Central Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2015. Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from April 30, 2015 to May 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
