Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on March 31, 2015 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on May 15, 2015. The Board of Directors on May 15, 2015 may also consider declaration of interim dividend for the year 2015, if any. The interim dividend for the year 2015, in case declared, shall be paid on and from June 02, 2015 along with the final dividend 2014, as approved by the shareholders at the 56th Annual General Meeting.
