Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business: 1. To consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015. 2. To consider and review recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015. Further, As per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed between May 17, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from May 27, 2015.
