IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following; 1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015; 2. To consider declaration of second interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15. Further, the Company confirms that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from May 13, 2015 and it will open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
