Titan Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (stand-alone) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1). Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from June 24, 2015 to August 02, 2015.
