Gruh Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record /approve the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter/ 3 months period ended June 30, 2015, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors. In this connection, the restricted trading period in terms of the Share Dealing Code of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will commence on June 25, 2015 and end on July 12, 2015 (both days inclusive).
