With reference to earlier announcement dated June 01, 2015, in the matter of postponement of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015 due to the problems in the Computer systems of the Company to June 13, 2015, Jagatjit Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company is able to resolve the problems in computer system and is in the process of compiling of Accounts for the quarter and the year ended on March 31, 2015. The Company has further informed that it will hold Board Meeting, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 shortly. In compliance with clause 41 of the listing agreement the date of Board meeting will be intimated to the Exchange and also published in the newspapers.
