Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ending on June 30, 2015 and to consider recommending final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the said year. In accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by insiders (Insider Trading Code) of the Company, the Trading Window shall be closed from July 29, 2015 till August 07, 2015 (both days inclusive).
