Bajaj Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22, 2015, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ending June 30, 2015 (Q1). Further the Company has informed that, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from July 01, 2015 to July 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Directors/designated employees of the Company, who have already been informed of the same.
