Persistent Systems Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2015 and will continue on July 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business; 1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1). 2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
