Rane Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Notice has been issued to Designated Persons informing trading window closure for this purpose from September 10, 2015 to November 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Rane Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
