Adani Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from October 13, 2015 to October 12, 2015 (both days inclusive).
