Ashima Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Companys "Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of trading by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, “trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees (as per the Code) during the below mentioned period for the corporate event: - Corporate Event Date (Board Meeting Date) : October 28, 2015 For adoption of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. - Window Closure Period: From October 21, 2015 to November 02, 2015. The Trading Window will open on November 03, 2015.
