De Nora India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Persons of the Company from October 13, 2015 to October 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). The communication has been sent to the Directors / Officers / Designated Persons of the Company.
